About The Artist
Alicia MacInnes
Alicia MacInnes is a fused glass artist based in Glasgow. She trained at the Barcelona Glass Centre from 1996-1999 where she assisted eminent Spanish glass artist Jose Castrillo whilst she finished her training. She returned to Scotland at the turn of the millennium and set up her workshop in Glasgow.
She has a strong sense of colour and her influences come from nature, the Scottish landscape and seascapes.
